And so, Season 2 of Game of Thrones comes to a close with a super-sized 64-minute episode that wraps up a whole whack of storylines while setting up what’s sure to be an epic season in 2013. Kate, Mike and Simon tackle the finale and assess the season as a whole, while looking ahead to what we might expect from the fantasy saga going forward.

Simon Howell is a new Toronto transplant, having divided the rest of his time between Halifax and Montreal. He joined Sound On Sight in 2008 and has since become a member of the OFCS (Online Film Critics Society). Currently he co-hosts and co-produces Sound On Sight Radio as well as the Televerse TV podcast, and obtained a BFA in Film Studies from Concordia University in the spring of 2012.
