One movie that’s been getting a lot of buzz in the industry for the last few years ever since it screened at the Screamfast and Slamdance film festivals, is the ultra-low-budget horror film Paranormal Activity. The film is expected to be the next Blair Witch Project, and is rumored to have sent several teenage girls running away from a special outdoor screening at Telluride.
So, exactly what is Paranormal Activity? To quote the film’s website: “A young couple suspects that their house is haunted by a malevolent entity. They set up video surveillance to capture evidence of what happens at night as they sleep. Their surveillance and home videos have been edited into the 99-minute feature film.”

i think that it might be scary but is it really all that. i do not really see how a movie that took 7 days to make and only 15k spent on it. if it is that great they need to do a reshoot and ad some more compliated shots. but yes i will be seeing ths just because of the hype.
